91 CRX-SI Engine Swap

I just picked up a sweet stock 91 CRX-SI and of course I am more than ready to get started with the mods. I've been doing some research but am not very familar with imports. I have noticed that the most common swap is to the B16 because of the price. I just came upon an article in TPR that did a feature on a B20VTEC-HYBRID, B20 bottom end combined with a B16 VTEC head. This motor sounds like it might be a pretty good choice. What it all comes down to is that I want to go fast, stay Cal. street legal and am willing to put out the money for it. I would appreciate any suggestions on this or any other mods for my car.

Ahh....the great CRVTEC, good performance, only downside is that they don't last too long unless you put lots of $$$ into it.

As in re-building the bottom end.
