catalytic convertor...

i'm about to get my car on the road but it needs to be inspected. for the sake of not failing (pa can be tough) i want to invest in a new cat. what do you guys (and girls) suggest, i know that some of you must have after market cats on your cars. just give me some brands to price out.

Emmisions or Inspection?

here there is no emmisions so most people put a straight pipe though the cat so it looks like theres a cat and you can pass the inspection.

depending on what is required to pass , the high flow cats may not be 50 state legal in ur case. check to see what is required from the transportation ministry and then call random tech and ask about their cats.

just to remind u , this is for ur car, which u should love , so taking the time to do these things is well worth it in the end with the power u gain and the money u save ... so take the time do things like these and u can never go wrong

all you need is the main cat, you dont need the other cat after the exhaust manifold

i have a random tech that was put on with my apexi, but to tell you the truth you're better off keeping your stock cat and putting the $225-250 into some other performance mod. i went to the exhaust shop and the guy told me there is no such thing as a hi flo cat. im not sure if that was the truth, but i didn't notice any major difference in performance at all.

maybe that would be different if i had an rb25.

5000

im raising the price after i washed, waxed, cleaned and took pictures of my car today. NO WAY i can give this car up for under 5000, it's just too nice.

tires/rims are an extra $700.

dont buy from the dealer, he will rip you off dude! where are you located? pm me price it's negotiable.

no way you'll get 5 grand out of your car man, you may have 3 grand in it but you won't get 5 grand for it, unless you sell it to some retard that thinks it ha an SR or something, especially for an auto. sorry but not happening
