Has anyone ever seen this item before?

Ive never seen/heard of anything like this. what does everyone think? seems like a better buy than an AEM CAI

I have seen something like that advertised in a magazine. I would think that it would make your air/fuel mixture very lean all of a sudden when you flicked the switch. I'm no expert with engines but that is what comes to mind.

 that stuff is WORTHLESS. 10-15% my ass. maybe 5 more torque.....it is a stupid electric fan, you can make one yourself. It will restrict air intake at higher rpms so any affect is negated. a turbo pushes FAR more air than that.
