New guy looking for import races in TX!

Hi there i am new to this forum, just saying hi and all that stuff. My reason for joining this forum is because i am new to the central texas area, specificly Fort Hood/Killeen, and i am looking for some fellow street racers/import lovers in the area. If there are anyone knows were the hang out is for racing let me know.

They race tanks and pickups in Killeen and Ft Hood. Draw back at being in the army is that by the time your high enough rank to afford to make a killer car you have accrued other expenses.

On a serious note though you need to go to Austin or Dallas to find anything worth while. Unless your driving a honda then any john deer would be a good race.

some one is a little paranoid :P im trying to find races in my area, if you have ever been to killeen you would know why i am going online cause there aint shit here . . . and i had to start somewere, or from now on should i post a bunch of useless posts before asking the question i cam here to ask?

nope not paranoid just stating the fact that this sort of thing has happened before and that we all gotta watch out for this, cause it happens. Since u are a newbie i would show some respect before talking smack cause u dont know who u are dealing with.

heh, i tried finding tracks around here but as far as i can tell the only one remotely close to me is closed . . . the army dumped me right in the middle of no where maybe i will see about strapping a turbo charger to a cow or something . . .

hey Man, I Live in Temple. their used to be races at Industrial BLVD. be we got narked on, so now cops are all over it on weekends, it was hard to find anyway. Now at killeen the soldiers who make a lot of money blow it up in cars, so from what i know about killeen/ft hood. theirs got to be something. i lived their since i was two. theirs is usually some thing craken on Rancire on Friday and Sat Nights, just cruse rancire. the government could of stationed you somewhere better. FT Hood already has too many damn people. Other than that. go to the Temple/Acadamy Dragway located in Little River. it will be about a 35 minute drive for you. but, thats all we got in central texas. Take Care.
