RS-R ex mag?

so once i finish getting my clutch and flywheel installed the next thing i gotta replace is my exhaust.

I don't want a crappy sounding one,
I don't want a huge tip sticking out from under my car,
I don't want anything too loud,
I do want power gains.

with that in mind i have been seeing these RS-R ex-mag systems ( http://www.rs-r.com/exmag.htm ) more often but haven't heard them or seen dyno sheets on them.

just wondering if anyone has any info on them.

by the way anything i get will be installed in conjunction with DC headers and a high flow cat.

I have one on my S13 and i really like it. It defently sounds real nice. It isn't loud and high pitch like a ricer can but its defnetly louder and deeper than stock exhaust. Many of my friends really like my exhaust. Since diameter is slightly larger than stock but not too large, you get decent gain at mid and high end. I know my car isn't a Honda but i really feel it kick in once it reaches 3500RPM on my S13 with KA.

BTW where are you buying one? Do u have a local dealer that sells them? There are lots of good exhausts out there that have nice sounds to them if you can find an RS*R. all the guys at my school that are intersted in cars have asked where i got my RS*R since there aren't that many dealers in the US.

Don't know if you're still wondering, but I have a friend with a 93 Teg SE and he has the ex mag on it. It terms of cosmetics, its great. The tip isn't too big and ridiculous looking and it makes a really mean sounding low rumble that's fairly subtle... just like rs*r advertises. In terms of performance, he couldn't really say, since he all the normal bolt ons I/H/E... as well as adjusted his cam timing and i'm not sure but i think he has underdrive pulleys. Felt faster when i was in it. I'm a get one for my 94 teg. They have dynos if u search for them now and it seems to give nice gains across the whole rpm range which is what i'm looking for... not just top end.
