hey
Its a bit better. the wheels arent perfect and carbon fibre needs to be darker. however that shouldnt matter with the model car because you can buy the Scale Auto Style (s.a.s) carbon fibre which is dark just keep working and you will get there.

My rating (considering your reasonably new to this) 7/10
If you werent new 5/10

ok here is my second quick chop,
here's some advice: don't do quick chops. seriously. take your time. that's the thing newbies don't do. they rush through it because they wanna finish, but the end result looks horrible. take your time with it. it's worth it in the end.

yeah i am gonna start taking a lot more time, had a bit of trouble making the carbon darker, but considering i had never even touched ps7 till 7 days ago i think i can do a lot better, half way thru the book i bought, photoshop 7 in easy steps. its a good book but i will read it a second time i thinki hate having to save the pics as a jpeg dude to the distortion of the pixels. oh well. are gif files and clearer on the resolution? as i read how the jpeg is a way of compressing via removal of certain things. not realy that up with gif's tho.
have just been down loading hi res pics of cars and wheels that i hope to create a bit more complex drawings from.
The rx7 was purely just a quick test for me to see what my finished model would look like, so was a little bit rough, plus i did it while at work while the boss kept floating past, lol.
I promise i will supply quality work soon.

Noooo, never save photographs in gif format. It only allows a maximum of 256 colors. It's true jpegs take out part of the photo to reduce file size, but that's just part of the compression process. It's not really a big deal.

Too much copy/paste stuff going on that you can obviously tell is not supposed to be there, make ur selections better. Try to keep it as clean as possible.
