It's a big marker pen but the contains enamel paint very handy for painting window rubbers and large areas in matt black.
I find the Black and Silver ones very handy

TAMIYA PAINT MARKEREasy and professional results can be yours with Tamiya's paint markers. Use them as you would a marking pen. The marker is a small, easy to use pen containing enamel paint formulated for the painting of plastics. Even the unskilled painter can now achieve beautiful results on their models. For expert modelers, it is indispensable for detail painting and saving time. Excellent for wood, metal, glass as well as on all plastics. Contents: 8 grams.
