thick white smoke

91 crx si, d16a6, intake, exhaust. when i go into first gear from neutral, and to 2nd from 1st, theres a lot of white smoke i can see in my left side view mirror. even when i rev it to high rpms in neutral white smoke comes out. the most comes out right when im going into first from N. anyone know what the problem is? thanks in advance.

white smoke out tail pipe=coolant/water/antifreeze
blue smoke out tail pipe=oil
black smoke out tail pipe=unburnt fuel/running rich
could be a number of things causing the white smoke...headgasket would be my first choice....BTW what part of hawaii? i was born n raised n hilo...
