Brake lights wont come on!?

my brake lights wont come on when i step on it.i check the bulbs and the fuse and everything looks fine.what do you guys think is wrong with it?suggestions?

If all the bulbs & fuses are ok, check the brake light switch - located above the brake pedal. The pedal may need an adjustment or the switch needs replacement.
