problem
ok im having a bit of trouble with my suby there are two problems that im pretty sure are unrelated.
#1 at 55mph and up i have a rattle in my steering wheel that only gets worse the faster i go. some people have told me its probably alignment but the tires seem to be wearing properly. others have said its more than likly the struts. #2 when making tight right turns my front right wheel makes a clicking noise. ive ben told that its probably the cvjoint. so what do you all think?

alignment won't casue the steering wheel to shakes. most likely the tire need to rebalance. and the clicking is probably the cv axleshaft. just look in the back of the rim and c if there is alot of grease behind it or look at the boot for the axle to c if the boot is rip.

I agree with the previous post.
Get the wheels balanced, if the steering still 'rattles' after 55mph then you can look at other reasons, start with wheel balance though, it is the cheapest. The clicking is very likely the CV joint, they wear over time and when they develop the clicking sound it is usually time to replace them.

That depends on the frequency of the noise, if it is a slow knock, it is only starting to get too worn and should be fine for a short while(although not some indefinite time), if the knock is pretty quick and frequent, I would get it replaced ASAP.
Regardless, CV joints don't cost an excessive amount and you should get it sorted out as soon as you can.

yea that click is starting to get pretty bad so im just going to drive my Z car for a while. anyways how much about does it cost to get this bit of work done. could do it myself but im horribly bussy right now

Could be broken belt in your tire too, Balance will be able to tell that. You will be able to see the tire shake at 55 on a balancer or go out of round.Like a egg. New tire time then or put it on the rear, won't feel the shake there.The other guys are right cv joint. Take a close look when the tires off, bearings,joints,etc.
