99 Driver Window FELL. Cable broke. Where to get?

Ive looked EVERYWHERE with minimal success. My poor father was driving down the road the the window slammed down. He later found that there is a wire inside that holds it up and it shredded apart. Chevy and GM will only sell the ENTIRE window as a kit. He cant get the wire alone. Junk yards havent been any help either. I personally have not seen the part but he explained what it is.

Does anyone have a clue where to get it or at least have a picture of it with a partnumber or something in the manual? Maybe if i had a pic of it , i could email that to folks so they can understand what Im asking for.

Thanks
Scott

99 and newer pickups you have to buy the complete regulator. There are no serviceable parts to the regulator asm.

Here's your pic.
