Pillar Pod Gauges

I was just wondering if the 2001 nissan frontier has the same pillar by the driver side windshield as the 2001 nissan xterra? And if it doesn't, does the 2002 nissan xterra have the same as the 2001 xterra?

I was curious, because I saw that they make a gauge pillar pod for the 2001 frontier but not the xterra. And i also saw that they may be making that same pillar for the 2002 frontier and 2002 xterra, any help on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic of what i am talking about,

One of our clubmembers has the guage pod you're talking about in his 2000 Xterra. I can't imagine they would change the a-pillar from year to year. My only reservation is that with ventvisors I already have a huge blindspot without adding gauges.

yep, Rrdstarr has them. I don't care for them much in that location, but whatever floats your boat. Just keep these things in mind.

The A pillar in the Xterra is already thick enough to completely block out a bicyclist. The guage pod makes it worse.

The guages sit very close to your face. Since they are lighted this is particularly obnoxious at night.
