getting a '96 metro

ok, when my dad gets his mazda tribute he's going to hand down his geo metro to me. i havent thought about doing much to it, but where can i get some beefy ATs or MTs for it??

possibly new (wider) wheels if i have to. what are the demensions of the stock wheels (and tires)? they seen SOO small but i dont care i've never had a car before

thanks

edit: i just got it back from a Shell station. had it's power steering fixed, new axles, new clutch cylinder, air filter and oil filter. i was told the distributor is leaking oil and they ordered one and it wouldnt start with it. so their going to have another one at the end of this week for them to try. anyways, it's much nicer now

stock rims are really tiny. 12", by 4" i believe. You could fit 13's from a convertible metro on, with a much wider tread. With LSi wheel hubs, you can put 14" rims from a suzuki swift GT on. MUCH wider tread, up to 195/60R14. Depending on how much money and effort you want to put in, you could fairly easily drop in a suzuki swift GT motor, which would make it keep up or even smoke a lot of civics. There's bodykits, rims, mods, anything you could think of for the metro.
