Why oh why won't they ever learn...

so im cruisin down 99 with a couple of buddy's in my car and im doin 50 in a 45 when i see a silver 99 civic ex. i jus stroll past him like a normal driver and when i get about a car and a half up its like he has radar and he guns it.

so he slows down next to me and starts rocking back and forth (accelerating...slowing down etc...u know the bit). from the sound of it, he's gotta exhaust and intake on his "race car" with a nice 5 foot tach inside (he's gotta know when to shift an all.)

i finally do a check for cops and then rev back. we slow to about 40, and i let him go first. i wait for him to get about a car ahead (u can see his tach light up his entire car btw), an then i drop to 2nd. top of 2nd i pull right next to him and look over to see him racing his heart out with his tach light (once again) lighting up his whole car. i shift to 3rd and leave him...

by the time i slow down around 80 he was about 2 1/2 cars back. he didn't do the fly by, but he sure stayed back there with his tail between his legs.

now the best part is that my friens in the car weren't exactly light weights. one is 260 an the other is a good 200, and i had a trunk full of misc. items.

hehe...was good fun for me an my friens for sure...

Nice run - to bad the guy didn't catch up and give you the thumbs up. To many sore losers out there these days.
