Arrow 1970 AMT Camaro Z28

I just bought this kit and I was wondering if anyone has any comments on the kit. Also it came with black racing strips, so what do you guys think would be a good color for it? And last, when I paint the body should I paint it with the spoiler already glued on or just paint them seperatly and glue them together later? Thanks.

I am doing one of the70 1/2 Baldwin Motion Camaros for my buddy, same basic kit. Not bad , nice detail, a few sink marks on the body to fill. I am doing his Duplicolor Green Grey, its a dark mettalic graphite color. But yellow or pearl orange would also be cool.
I glues the spoilers on first, I think its cleaner this way. Then I taped them off and painted them black to contrast the rest of the body. Oh yeah not racing stripes, those are Chevy SS stripes and look really cool

Mine is Silver with black rally stripes and black-centered BBS LMs.

The color the real car on the box is - Citrus Green - is actually pretty nice. You can get a spray can of the color or a pre-thinned bottle reday to airbrush from MCW Automotive Finishes. They are on the web.

Best regards,

I think that red w/ black stripes would look really good. Camaroboy built one a little bit ago I think. Do a search.
