Wings West accord 4 door?????

I know there are a few members here are working on some accords. Here is mine. I was keeping it on the down low because I didn't want anyone to finish one like it before I did mine. The base is the Tamiya PIAA touring accord 4dr. I am fitting the Aoshima Wings West front, back kits, and Mugen sides to the sedan body. Here is a picture of the kit fitted on the body.

Here is a picture of the front kit. I had to cut the Tamiya bumper from the turn signals down (in other words, the whole bottom half). The kit is a bit smaller, so it has to be extended. The work can out okay. Not bad for my first job customizing.

The rear kit has to be shortened. That was the easy part. Next the exhaust opening had to be relocated since the wagons exhaust opening is on the extreme right. The body work here was a bit of a pain. Again, it came out ok.

Paint it bright orange and slam it on some 18s like they do in Guam. Looking good though.

Onto the interior. I am using the wagons interior so I have to fab a rear deck. I used sheet styrene to make it. Here is a rough cut. 2 piece rear. I tried to make it close as possible to the real ones minus the 3rd brake light.

Thanks guys. This project is actually over half way done. I was holding off on posting, so I could finish most of the work. Here is the glass. I colored the trim in with a black Sharpie marker.

LOL. Sorry, the body is already painted. It is the S2000 gray. I'll be posting a picture of it shortly. Since I am using the wagons interior, I'm gonna use the wagons chassis. The only problem is that they don't line up. The chassis has to be shortened about 1/8 of an inch. Then custom mounts for the front had to be made to attach to the front of the body. Don't mind the mounts, they look weird, but they work.

Here is a picture of the body after I painted the window trims. I think I bought the wrong type of paint for it though. I used semi-gloss instead of flat. Came out alright though. Looks kinda like the 03 Acura TL's trim.

Here is a picture of the rear. You can see better how my putty job on the exhaust came out. I bare metal foiled the rear lights. Looks much better than brush painting. The tail lights are dry, and will be put in tonight along with the windows, and head lights.

Looks great, keep up the great work!

Not sure if anyone else has used black sharpie for the windows. One thing that may happen, is when it fades, it may turn a brownish colour.

Here is a updated picture of the interior. I had a fun time filling in the front and rear seats. I glued the deck to the interior, and used a piece of the plastic patrs tree to help support it. I just have to finish sanding 1 of the front seats, then I can start painting.
