I have an 88 f150 5.0 auto with air and I am getting no egr vaccume at the valve. I removead and cleaned and tested valve which is ok I back traced vac to egr vac solonoid good vac from manifold but no signal from ecm. I changed out vac solonoid with a known good one but no help. Is this a faulty ecm ? Ideas ?

You might want to check the MAP sensor located on the firewall and maybe pull the codes off your computer and see what it says.
