gauge needles.

I just replaced my factory gauge faces with new ones. but the problem is, that I needed to take the needles off to do so. now at the moment I think that I have them in the right plave, I paced a friend on the highway and set it to 65, I placed the tachometer needle on at idle and it seems to be fine all the way up to red line, and I filled the gas tank and placed taht at full. and the car sat for a while and so the temp was placed back on at cold. everything seems to be pretty accurate where it is, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a more accurate way to do this, or is they knew of any well known companies that change gauge faces professionally, cuz if they can take them off, they should be able to put them back on in the right place. any help would be greatly appreciated
