Insurance will vary depending on your driving record, the state you live in, and the insurance company you go through. The best thing to do is once you know what car you want, get a few quotes from 2 or 3 insurance providers. They can give you a quote over the phone in less than 15 minutes usually.

I was paying $1100 per six months with 1 ticket through Progressive in Georgia and was under 25. Since I turned 25 that ticket has come off my record and I switched to State Farm and it is now $600 per 6 months. Just get quotes from different companies.
