gtr importation into canada

you can acutally import gtrs and gts skylines into canada if they were made between 1990 and 1999 go to http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/...IG0521-03.html and read the words...

Yes, but it dosnt add anything new to what is already known.


A petion was made to the US department of transportation and other agencies by Moterex, who then took the relative steps to show that a Skyline could meet the required standards.
An allowance was then made for skylines that have been suitably modfied by a reginstered importer to be registered in the US.
Since Canada shares alot of the US standards, they also allow skylines (and lots of other cars) based on the same requirement.

i.e. It must be suitably modfied by a registered importer.
and so far the only people in the WORLD doing that are Moterex.


If you read it again carefully you will notice that the Skylien has a VCP number, which if you look above the list of cars it mentions that cars with a VCP number have to be modfied by a registered importer.
