Hummm this sound somewhat like what I have.

Back in March, we had 2 feet of snow and when I finally got the car out on the street, it grounded out several times in the snow. That day I started hearing a weird sound. It would get worse everytime I drove on wet pavement especially in rainey weather. Occasionally while the car is parked, I hear that sound as well, somthing like a grinding noise or a vibrating noise under the car directly in the middle. This also happend when I make certain left turns. Also happens when I back up sometimes....

hey i have the same system and it does it for me also...but what i have found on y it does it on mine is the bend in the exhaust right after the muffler that goes over ur axle and bends down and goes towards the cat. Well you have to get that lined up just right so the highest part in the bend is over the axle. Because everytime i have lots of ppl in the car or something it rattles because the susp. is being pushed down and so is the exhaust pipe on the axle. i think that could be it
