HELP! Clutch Pedal won't come back up.

I've searched and nothing came up. I have a 93 prelude S (F22A1) and my clutch pedal goes to the floor with now pressure and stays there and i have to pull it out. There is no pressure so I can't even shift into gear while the engine is running. I have changed the master and slave cylinders and the problem has not been fixed. I have also put compressed air into the line to check for leaks and there are no leaks. I see no trace of hydraulic fliud leak either. I need my car to get to work and I need help asap. Can anyone one help me out, Could the problem be the clutch?

I work for a dealer I see this alot. You need two people to do it. Go to slave cylinder open valve. Put your finger over valve lightly while your budy pumps the whole time. You want fluid to come out under presure. Also while valve is open push end of slave cylinder back twards valve. Once it starts to flow close valve, have budy pump up and hold. Open valve.good luck!

it can be done even easier with just one person by manipulating only the slave cylinder.
