b16 swap/ throwing code 14
I just completed my b16 swap into my 91 crx, and the ecu is throwing a code 14 and 21. Code 21 i believe is because i havent hooked up vtec yet but code 14 is the (idle control valve) and the only problem with the engine is that it wont idle, it idles like really rough and stalls out within 10 seconds, I have no idea what the idle control valve is, any help on this would be appreciated

the idle air control valve is the metal valve attached to the back of your intake manifold. It controls the air that flows around the butterfly(throttle body) to let it idle when it is closed. I had to replace mine because sitting in a junk yard for 8 months with no water they tend to freze up.
