Question wheeeeels...

Hey..i'm juz wondering if anyone paints or do anything to the rubber tire before assembling it?

I just check them over and make sure there are no mold lines, if there are, I cut them off. And I also sometimes cut the treads a little deeper. Sometimes I don't think that they are deep enough. And sometimes I paint the letters on the side of the tires. Not much to do really.

Then what can u do other then that? I've heard of people give the tires a paint before assembly..

the slicks on race cars I sand to get rid of the mold lines and to provide the 'worn' look
