Viper models

Hi

Am I right in my conclusion that there are no 1/24 scale plastic Viper kits out there?

Thanks
Alex

I think revell-germany has released a viper coupe. Is this different from the U.S. kit? I've heard that there is a noticeable difference between some of their U.S. and German kits> not being a great fan of Revell I personally don't know. Has anyone here built the viper from their division in Germany?

Well, the Viper from revell AG (Germany) , is sadly enough the very, very, very bad 1/25th kit from the US...

Only vipers you 're going to find in 1/24th are in the resin department, I m afraid...

No 1/24 in plastic.
The only 1/24 Viper, that I know of, is a diecast kit. If you strip the paint, fill the panel lines
with super glue, and carve them again, it should look good.

The ones I know of have already been mentioned. Just the 1/25 Revell & Amt kits.

Why does it have to be 1/24?

well, for some (including me ) it's of interest of having all the models in a same scale, thus comparisons can be made, and off course just for the sake of authenticity.
