salavage titles are no good

I would not buy that car, if it wasn't "totalled" $4000. A car like that is nothing but a headache except for the builder.

thats to much of a mess

It looks like Im going to keep it, everybody is looking at the body of the car on the passenger side an the slavage title I think thats stopping people from bidding on it. I thought people would see the car for what it is a 13's all motor beast. It's a blast to drive it really is the best of both worlds torque an hp. Plus with the tein ha's taking exit ramps at 90mph never gets old.I would be crazy to let that go for 4,000 when i'm seeing stock crx's up my way go for 3,000 an up.

Thanks for the honest reply's. I'm going to be keeping it and painting it later on this year I guess

good idea . . .

The more mods on the car = less resale value(not to mention the salvage title) cars like that are only worth $$$$$ to the creater. Now if it was a "show car" built by a pro . . . then it might be a different story, but still not everyone wants to deal with the BS a motorswap car might have.

Dude you haven't finished the body work. You'll never reach $3000 on it. The mod list is impressive but it needs to be seen more then told about. The first thing i saw was the body work spots and i'm sure other did too. Show more then just the bay and exterior also.

It shocks me that everybody is looking at the body. when the whole sleeper look is what everbody is talking about. Yeah I know it needs around 500-600 worth of body work. But the car runs 13's all motor. and the motor's not built yet

If the car was painted an had a clean body like show room perfect that would cost around 3,000. but then the car would be worth what 5,000 at the most resale?

For example you guys wouldnt buy a 91 crx hf with a b18c turbo that was primered black for more than 5000 with a salvage title instead you would spend 4200 on putting a b18c in your car you own now. Maybe it's just me I am a little strange
