racing school. what are the steps to getting in
to cart.

Typically you would attend the Skippy school. Perhaps do the Barber Dodge pro series. Then Formula Atlantic. Then Champ Cars.

Actually, it's not that simple. But sometimes it is. JPM did the Barber Dodge series, went over to Europe and did F3000, and then came back to the states to do Champ Cars. And then went back to Europe to do F1.

The common element is money. Someone needs to write checks with lots of zeros before the decimal point.
