15" ASA JS1 rims will run you $99 each. Wrap them in Yokohama Avid T4 all-weather performance tires, @ $64 each. I've got a buddy running a Dodge Spirit R/t with those, they're pretty decent for the price.

No, I don't know anything about the rims, but you wanted cheap... there ya go. Any cheaper, check ebay for aftermarket or OEM rims that fit, and go get some tires.

A word of suggestion: if you do any real performance mods to the car, keep your old wheels so you can put winter-only tires on them. that's what i'm doing to mine. that way i can put good summer tires on the bigger rims, and run the stocks in the winter so i don't worry about messin them up...

The only thing you can do with the 14" hubs in stock size, is the Yokohama AVID H4, not the T4s those are more touring and less performance.

If you go with a lower profile it will throw off your speedo.

But this is by far the best all season tire on the market in 185/60/14

Bridgestone Potenza RE950, if you can spring the 68$ a tire.
The AVS ES are awesome but only for summer.
