It depends on what computer I'm using:

At school: nothing... waterbottles are even taboo

VAIO: nothing... it's too new and I don't want to spill anything on it

iMac: Iced tea (of the Snapple variety) in either Peach or Raspberry flavors

Nothing. I don't usually drink while I'm on the computer. Except maybe at night when I might have a Midori and lemonade or a Tia Maria with milk. :licker:

Work: Water, juice, and cola
Home: Water, juice, and soda
School: Water, juice, coffee, and cola (however, this is taboo)

Luckily, I've never spilled drinks.

I ALWAYS have water around when im on my laptop [at school I keep it in my knapsack] Its in a bottle and I make sure that I always keep the top on to avoid spillage.

At home I sometimes have pepsi, or once and a while ill have a hot-chocolate when im on, but the water is always there for when the throat gets dry.

As with jinushaun, I luckly never spill drinks. And I have a standing rule that I never eat around a comp, cause im a slop and I dont need cr@p on the keys, or in the case of my laptop, I dont need food inside of the machine.

I see enough computers at work which have terminal illnesses from stuff being spilled on them. And then there are the lucky few, like a friend at school who spilled an entire coke on his laptop while in class [got busted for having a pop in a laptop lab too, btw]. He pulled out the battery and the power cable, let it sit for a day and then cleaned the keyboard and screen. The machine works flawlessly, but it could have been disasterous. That just proves why to be extra careful with food and drink around a comp.

Cocoa Puffs? Isnt that that chocolaty breakfast cereal?

That must have made quite a mess in the printer.

Once at work, I opened a cd-rom and found 1/2 a cheese sandwich in there. YUCK :apuke:

Almost wanted to quit.

EDIT: I got called to the mcintyre building [I work at the computer services desk at my college] to pick up this computer that a lab monitor called in for repair cause they couldnt get the cd-rom to open.

I had to literally take the whole damn drive apart to get that shit out, and our computer dept is too budget to get a new one. Some asshole did it as a joke. Well now they have cams in the comp labs.
