Question Help! Galant 2000 radio needs a code

Hi,
I have just needed to jump start my brother in law's Mitsubishi Galant (year 2000)and the radio does not work. It apparently requires a code of some sort.
Blessed brother in law doesn't have the manual; he bought it used.
Is there anyone out there who can save me from the ire of my husband who is the usual driver of this vehicle and can't seem to exist without the classic rock radio station?
Thanks, Ricky

you can get the code from the top or of the fuse box in the engine (next to the battery). if its not on top, check inside the box. its a 4-digit code. if its not there, then you may have to shell out $25 @ the dealership.
