More about the rear brake conversion...

OK, I was trying to help out somebody with what is needed for a rear disc conversion; can I (we) get some help with what M/C and booster to use?
I have heard to use the cylinder and booster from an LS, but what year? My application is a 95 Civic and the conversion is from a 95 GSR. So I have been searching for what to use up front. Since LS is the only one without ABS, it seems to be the way to go, but what year?
Thanks...
