idling problems help me out!

hey guys... something is wrong with the idle on my 1988 toyota supra non-turbo. when i started up this atfernoon it was ok, but after a few seconds while it was warming up, it idled at 2000 rpm. then after 3-4 seconds it went down to 1200 rpm and went back up as if my supra was breathing. i dont know whats wrong with it and i was wondering if you guys could help me. has any of you guys have had the same problem like me? i donno anymore... guys whats wrong with my car?

Possibly a sticky ISC (idle speed control), have someone shut the car off for you while you stand next to the intake, right when the car is shut off their should be a clicking sound coming from the ISC, that tells you it's working. If it's not clicking then take it off and try cleaning the crap out of it, if that doesn't work then just get a new one.

my 88 turbo supra sat for a wile I started it up its idling 2000 when it warms up its at 3000

had the exact same problem only i changed my intake gaskets because there was a leak
