Unhappy Should I have to buy a new rim??

I need some help. A little over a year ago I bought 20" MB Motoring Propellors for my '99 Silverado. Well some time ago I started getting an extremely slow leak in one of my tires(the passenger front) and when I took it in they said that the chrome was coming off the inside of the wheel around the bead causing it to cause a slow leak. Well that seemed like it helped it for about 1 week and a half to 2 weeks and then it started doing it again. So I went back to Discount, a different one though b/c I'm away at school, and they looked at it and said my valve stem was messed up so they fixed it. Well its doing it again and I don't know what to do. Discount told me I may need to buy a new wheel b/c there is only so much they can do about the chrome chipping. So should it be justaifiable for me to buy a new rim or does anyone have any idea what else could be causing it, b/c I nor anyone else has been able to find a leak in the tire??

I would recommend getting a second opinion from one of our local installers, you can find them by going to the following link and entering your zip code:

Have them confirm the problem. If it's wheel problem that's showing up within 2 years they should take care it. If necessary call their corporate office.
