what do you think of this B20 setup

if you read my othere post you will see that I should soon have a teg again because of a problem with my accord, anyways here goes.

ok, I have the following

B20B long block
JE 11:1 pistons
B series 4-2-1(OBX)
B20 blockgaurd

I am going to hopefully have around 9k to spend after i sell my truck/civic/accord and pay off a couple small loans. I dont wanna spend it all on a car though but I will probably end up doing so since im addicted to speed.

I want to build this setup

B20b with the 11:1
oil lines ~100
B16 head ~350
GSR ECU~150
GSR harness~no clue
crower rods ~450
crower dual valve springs/tit retainers ~350
hondata s200/3 step rev limiter/maybe others ~425-950
NX wet kit 50shot w/ extras ~750
ACT XACT flywheel and XTSS clutch (more power later on)~675
2.5" exhaust w/no cat ~100
CAI w/ K&N filter ~75
sell my headers and get DC 4-1(or you think port-matched my OBX will be fine?)~250
lightened crank pulley~60
OBX cam gears~ 150
B&M 255LPH fuel pump ~ cant remember
RC 440cc injectors ~325
blockgaurd

so around 4200 plus cost of harness and fuel pump and im going to my cousins in southern cali to buy ym car cuz tegs are like 3k down there for 94-95's, I want OBD1.


about the block gaurd, i heard it creates a bad hot spot right at the top of the cylinders, I was wondering if I was to increase the size of all the holes would it help the cooling alot, cuz it wil stil be solid material supporting the sleeves in lots of spots. and a ? on the hondata, do i need to get the datalogging/rom editor and programmer to tune it, if so what would be the point of getting the basic setup without those features?

and lastly, 14's should be no problem without spraying right? and 13's sould be seen when spraying? properly tuned of course. the next thing on the list is dyno time but i got no clue how much that costs.

and what do you think should be done in the future like P&P head, stage 2 cams, BB TB, port matched skunk 2 intake manifold, AEM filter/rail/FPR, lightened pullies, MSD SCI, 5 angle valve job(can someone explain that one to me please?)
