IWC: max smilies per post
I propose that there should be a maximum amount of smilies per post. All 104 graphics (smilies at the left of the screen when replying to someone's post) would fall into this.
Many people abuse the smilies causing excessive loading times and forcing people to scroll down past endless amounts of those little round pics.

I say ban them. If they arent mature enough to put in only a few smiley's instead of 50, ban them. They obviously arent mature enough to be here.
