IWC: PM System
when you go to your private messages box, all of your OLD PM's are gathered in a huge list at the TOP of the page (called "Confirmed Private Messages or something like that), so that you have to scroll down for ages (well...i do, anyways) to get to the new PM that you're trying to read, which is at the top of the second grouping, called "Inbox".
