Post Mercury Mystique Heating Problem

Hi. I've a 95' Mercury Mystique that I bought last summer with 65 miles on it. The car doesn't have any overheat problem until FORD installed a factory recall fan and motor Jan this year.

I got a new fan motor for my Mercury Mystique and installed it myself. I even flush the radiator coolent. The temperature is fine if I go on a highway but will almost tought the red tempearature gauge if I drove it in town.

I checked the engine oil and it's fine.
I wander is anyone of you know what else that might cause the engine go overheat? Thank you!

Is the fan coming on? Start the car and turn on the A/C, the fan should run.

I wonder what else those bozos did while they had it... Good luck, you're gonna need it. Let us know what you find.
