B16 not starting :(

It will turn over but won't start. Horizon (the ppl who did my swap) said it could be coil, distributor, or ecu. Couldn't it be the relay??? anyway there ordering an ecu, they're paying for it so I don't care but anyone have any ideas?

Turn the ignition on - if the fuel pump is heard then its not the main relay.

Is there spark?
Is there fuel pressure?
Was the engine running after the swap?

Well they just finished the swap and they went to start it but it would just turn over. They said there was no spark at all and they thought it was the distributor but they tested it and it had power. They then checked the ecu for power and it didn't have any they said. Could the ecu be the problem???? I don't think it's the main relay but i'm also a dumbass so any help is appreciated.
