Well I wanna know what the little red button to the left top of the automatic gear stick does? I acidently put it from neutral to park WITHOUT pushing the normal button and it locked in such a way that to take it out of park I needed to push the little red button in with my left hAND AND PULL IT OUT WITH MY RIGHT. It's fixed now, I don't know how but what is it supposed to be for?

Cheers

Hi KiwiMR2

The little red button allows you to move the tranny stick to neutral without the keys being in the ignition. in case it needs to be towed or moved etc.

probably the most boring button on the car

Feel free to ask me any other questions anytime!

Oh I see, cheers!! Ok the button that clears the side mirrors when the foged over, what EXACTLY does it do? I guess it sprays hot water on the back of the glass? Where does it get fro as the car hasn't had time to warm up?

Cheers

im not sure if it sprays water on the glass or whether its vibration that makes the water mist out.

I have only used it a few times myself.. so that one I will have to check out myself!

Ok heres another question!

There is an overdrive button which I know works and I can feel what it does, seems like a 5th gear pretty much, drops the revs down when at the higher speeds, 80 kph or higher BUT what about the PWR and MAN buttons!!?? When you push the PWR one down it lights up on the dash ECT-S, the MAN one Im not sure? I can't feel any difference EXCEPT when I had the PWR on and speed up the revs stayed high untill I turned it off and they dropped, like the OD one. Any ideas?

Cheers

the pwr button is for kickdown... lets say you need your car to drop down a gear quicker then just activate te pwr button and you will find the car will drop down as soon as you accelerate.... i use man all the time unless i am feeling speedy... otherwise the fuel costs are exepnsive
