Question rear disc brake swap question

okay my friend that works in a scrapyard got in a 93 integra today so I got him to take off the rear disc brakes for me, but when he brought them over the e-brake and brake lines were just cut off,now i'm going to hunt down some brake lines this weekend, but I have been told that integra brake lines are to short is this true, and also is there anyway of modding the brake lines that are on the car now. " the e-brake cables i'm not worried about" just my main brake lines, also if I do have to get new lines how much would u say I should be paying??
