Problems with 89 Grand Prix

I am having trouble with my 89 Grand Prix SE, when I start the car up it will just die sometimes (most of the times). Then when I try to start it back up I have to hit the gas pedal most of the times to get it started and then keep on reving it. If I stop @ a red light I have to put it in neutral and rev the engine to keep it going. There are some days where it will run fine, but then other days it will just shut off if I am not moving or reving the engine. Anybody have any ideas? Also I have been putting fuel injector cleaner in it, but it hasn't seem to work any.

Clogged Fuel filter
Clogged or bad Injectors

Dont know why it would do it some days and not others, maybe the pcm is going bad. When was the last tune up done??

That's all I can think of, sorry.

Same exact thing happened to my '92 gtp. The fuel filter was changed, and the map sensor was cleaned out. All wires were checked out, turned out there was a loose connection on my battery and that was causing my car to stall a lot. I couldn't keep the car started long enough to pull in the driveway, it was bad, I know how ya feel though. I also had to put it in neutral and rev the engine at a light, how embarassing.
I hope you get it fixed, sorry if nothing I said helps, you may have to have it looked at by a real pro.
