Should i feel bad for making a Moded teg go off the road?

This morning i was drive home for a car part store (that shall remain namesless because u guys hate it, but i needed a cheap breather!) and i took some back roads home and a teg came up on me and saw my car, smiled and tried to pass me! i was like hell no your not ricer (i asumed that from the outside of his car but he probrobly wasnt) so i downshifted around a turn and took off not that long after he started to pull up next to me agian and i was like your crazy!(these were some small ass backroads) so we were next to each other and went around another corner and he went flying into the woods on the side so i hit the brakes and reversed and asked him if he was ok and he said " yea dont worry about" so i left and he got on his cell phone probrobly to call his dad or something poor kid.....i feel so bad.

On a side not my intake poped off my filter and almost off my intake manifold port, why this happened i dont know, so i tried to reattach it but it was all bent in the middle a little bit and kept hitting my batery so my hood wouldnt close all the way. so i took my filter and some small piping i bought thats only like 2inches long and hooked it up directly to the intake mainifold (is this bad??????) and i hooked up a breather to the valve cover (is that badd either????)

You guys got any ideas, i know i have to buy a new intake

man I would not feel bad. If the kid was trying to race or pass you then he should take his car and deal with the fact that he was being a jack arse and go on his way. You are not at fault. His bad not your problem.

Lightbulb

All feelings of guilt should have gone out the window when you had enough compassion to go back and make sure the kid was OK...after that, you're responsibilites are done..Good job not letting him pass you!

I wouldn't feel bad at all...

I was in my prelude last month driving home from school (ohio state rocks!) to boston. I followed a WRX for about 8 hrs and we were both doing 90-100mph, not racing, just going fast. when we reached the mass border, a kid in his sentra se-r saw us and decided to race us. only problem was he had horrible control and was making some bad moves almost making us all crash a couple times. on I-90 its only 2 lanes in each direction so there's not much room to play with. we were all in a line, wrx, me, sentra in the right lane, quickly aproaching a walmart truck and there was just enough room for wrx and me to change to the left lane infront of another car but i guess sentra never even saw the truck becuase we ducked out of the way at like 100. He crashed into the back of the truck totalling the sentra and we just kept going. the wrx guy asked me if i wanted to go back, but i didn't want to becuase some witness would say, "they were going a 100, all three of them"

so never feel bad for someone elses stupidity!

i woulda let the guy pass me ... but thats just cause my friend pnut420 was racing some integra in his s10 on a backroad and slid into a fence ... messed up his pass side door, broke the pass side mirror, and the barb wire scracthed up his hood pretty good.

its been a while since this happened, but he still hasnt fixed his truck ... pics available upon request.
