There was one on here a while ago, someone with a new RSX was doing like 7,000 rpm in 5th in a school zone, decided to shift to 4th (why, I don't know) and hit 2nd instead. Loud BANG! and clinkclinkclink of pieces falling onto the road. Pulled over, and there was a 1/4 mile of oil and pieces everywhere. Blew a gigantic hole in the engine and calculations are that after shifting, the engine was turning over 13,000 RPM.
I would search for it, but no use because the pics aren't hosted anymore anyway. But they showed a melted gob of metal that WAS a piston, some valves that looked like pennies run over by a train. Hole in engine was about 3x8".

Anycase, I hear this happens to RSXs a lot because of imprecise gearbox+stupid young drivers. You may search for RSX blown engine.

Kazaa is better, I remember a vid off there with an Nsx on a dyno blowing up that was funny and everyone must have saw the video Ferrari go boom lotsa funny stuff on there.

That Ferrari movie dosen't tell all. The guy was a test driver and the coolant hose or something minor like that blew, not the engine. I know he tripped a a temperature sensor o some kind which caused the smoke, it wasn't that serious though. Neat vid all the same.
