You can adjust them yourself or have a professional Professional Alignment shop do it. When I mean Professional, they need to be familiar with Camber Kits. I went to Just Tires the other day to do my alignment because they were the only ones opened on Sunday and they didn't know shit about how to adjust Camber kits. When I looked at the paper it said +1.4 degree front Left and +1 degree front Right, and the next sheet is supposed to show how much they corrected it, it was the same. So now I have to do them myself because of those idiots. At least I have the computerized paper to show me how many degrees I'm off.

So now to do it yourself. Let me give you some background on my camber kits. I had to make my skunk2 front camber kit all the way to it's full +4 degree setting in order for me to fit my Tokico suspension kit 1.5 drop lower fork to line up with the lower control arm. So I kept it this way and figured that an alignment shop can adjust it for me. Boy I was wrong.

OK so, what is -/+4 adjustment? It's the number of degrees you can adjust your camber -4 degrees up to +4 degrees. The way it works is you can loosen the alan screws on the camber kit and push it all the way back towards the wheel well to get -4 degrees, and all the way out towards the wheel to get +4 degrees. I have it all the way out it it showed I have +1.4 Left and +1.0 Right Positive Camber on the computerized alignment machine. So what I have to do is push it IN towards the wheel well to give it some negative Camber.

Since it has -4/+4 degrees of adjustment, measure the length of the tracks where the alan screws can travel, divide them by 9 even lines.

For instance

-4
-3
-2
-1
0
+1
+2
+3
+4

9 degrees of adjustment along the alan screw travel. I'm just guessing this. So in my case, since I have the screws at +4 camber, I have to move it in between +3 and +2, but closer to +3 on the Left, and exactly on +3 on the Right. That would adjust my camber kit hopefully to 0.0. But don't worry because the range on my civic is -1.0 to +1.0 and I can have it anywhere in between for it to be safe for my tires.

Mark the adjustments on the camber kit before installing, or if you think you can guestimate, use your best judgement. After the corrections take it back to any alignment shop and have them re-check your front camber kit adjustments. Good thing I have a 6 month 6,000mile warranty.

Re: How to adjust skunk 2 front camber kit

It's almost correct. I know that I maxed out my Skunk2 front camber kit trying to get as much negative front camber as possible for autocrossing. But one side is maxed out and the other isn't. This of course is measured with my weight in the car in race trim.

But realize it is a PAIN IN THE ASS to adjust it. 1mm changed my camber by alot, so I had to use a rubber mallot and just tap until I got the measurements I wanted.
