Post Citroen Confirms second driver

Citroen has confirmed that Simon Jean-Joseph has been signed for the 2004 season, presumably he will be their non-WRC winning driver which leaves speculation as to who will be filling the third seat at the team with no current news on the Sainz & McRae contracts for 2004.

indeed, which means that Citroën has already 2 French drivers under contract for next year, Peugeot not. It can't get any more French then that.

Since Citroën is not supporting the new rules for driver line-up, it might as well be that they will only enter 2 drivers next year, and that we already know them - rumours of course
