A few things ;
CAI, exhaust , free mods (TB bypass, MAF screen removal), rear gears to either 3.73 or 4.10 . Later down the road, 383, heads/cam, headers, etc. With the free mods, CAI & 3" exhaust, you should be in the 13's.

You can't "chip" a 94 , because its an OBD1 car and you'd need to get it programmed. 93 was the last year for chips. A bigger TB won't do anything for you unless you have some serious mods. You can get an AFPR, but you will need to get the computer programmed , otherwise the computer will compensate for it.

A good board to find out more isat www.camaroz28.com

Sorry I meant get stage II programming for your 94 car from www.fastchip.com You have to send him your PCM.

An adjustable fuel pressure regulator won't do anything on a a 94+ car because the PCM will reset the injector pulse width to compensate.

Throttlebody gives you 4hp unless you do a cam.

Check www.ws6.com for dyno tests of different mods.
