Accord with motor swap, can he beat me?

My friend has a honda accord with an Integra GSR motor swap, i don't know much about these engines except that the import guys really like e'm. So can he beat me? what do you guys think?

I'd put a safe 50 shot just to be sure he doesn't. You'd be surprised what a tweaked out 4cyl can do.

I've been beaten once by one turbo-civic, it ran 13.9's. Couple of weeks ago at the illegals. He was cool though some asian kid about my age, 18.
