youll have better then a decent car. i never heard problems bout the yamaha engine that is in this car. a friend of mine has a 93 sho and the only complaint he has bout his car is the tranny, which is the exact same trans that is in every taurus that years which means it is a automatic. i dont think you would have problems with the manual. if i were in a postion to buy this car i would. which should tell you alot cuz i am a serious import fan. but i do love the shos.

thanks mikegee for the info. i was also lookin at the new Zex nitrous system where the nitrous goes in through the air filter, would that work with the sho, like a 75hp shot.

The Yamaha V6 is a bulletproof motor, if its been taken care of. Just remember though, if something breaks or needs to be replaced reguarding the motor, it will normally cost twice as much as a normal Taurus.

thanks, mikegee was talking about exhaust and im thinkin about 3a racing muffs. i kinda want a ricey sound,(so i can wake up the neighbors) but i dont know much about the resonators and stuff of that sort. so whats ur opinion i was thinkin, performance plus y-pipe, back to a single 18in resonator to two 3a racing muffs, would this work. all helps appreciated.

your actully making it more complicated then needed. ok you can do as ya please when it comes to exhaust. the only thing needed is the after market exhaust less restrictive then the stock exhaust. the quicker you can get burnt fuel and air out of ya engine the quicker ya can bring air and fuel back into ya engine to be ignited all over again. this is why intake & exhaust is not only the simplest upgrade its also one of the most needed. but all of this ya prolly already know. as for sound ya on ya own unless ya can talk to someone else i knowledge does not include sounds unless its the whirl of a turbo and squish of a blow off valve. oh i would be that import that youd would try to eat but youll spit me out cuz ill be the posion thatll one day out run ya 5ltr with my 2ltr.

You are comparing modified cars to stock cars based on price. You are an idiot. $4000 to Honda still makes it a pos
