Angry I got problems, any suggestions?

Here we go! d15b2 in std 88 hatch. ECU is throwing code 14(AIT sensor)????? I have talked to people about replacing it, but most say it NEVER goes out, any other ideas why code 14? Also, very poor accelaration out of 1st and 2nd gear, car boggs down bad. Sounds and feels like it is getting to much fuel. I pulled a spark plug and it was black , but not fouled. At first I thought fuel injectors, but it is apparent that the plugs are getting enough gas and they are only about 10,000 miles old. Motor has new/rebuilt head, new O2 sensor, new fuel filter, new PVC, new thermostat and the radiator was flushed. Motor also tends to run a little hot, not overheating just a little hot on the freeway. I know this is a LONG ASS thread but I am going f-ing crazy!!!

Its late - 4am & I need sleep
Anyways code 10 is Air Intake Temp

1st reset the ECU & check for re-coding
If re-code - replace the sensor or possible wiring short.

Reset ECU already, no change. I will replace AIT sensor tomorrow. Any ideas about other problems?
