idle problem help~~~!!!!

ok this is how it goes when i start my car to warm it up my idle is all good an if i keep it on for lik about 15 minutes my cars rpm drops down to 500 than 400 than 300 than on and on than it eventually dies wat is wrong with my b16??? oh an my dad said that my tps sensor isnt workin correctly, does that contoll the idle? wat does that do? an how many sensors should my car have? thank you

the tps stands for throttle position sensor, thats probably the reason right there. it sends information to the ecu and adjusts the air fuel mixture. hope this helps
